1. Is our service/product desirable
By conducting the local people of Dandora, we found out that people are interested our business model and service model in general. People found their way of making more money in a safer way really desirable. Locals told that they are this new innovative idea is welcomed to their lives.
2. Is our service/product feasible
People of Dandora are living in extreme powerty. That is why it is really important to have a product that is feasible. Luckily we can say that the products/services Mazingira ni Afya provides are easily accessable to those people. Also bigger recycle companies which are going to buy our recycled waste found our prices affordable, which is a really good thing!
3. Is our company viable
The cost of getting our business started is actually pretty low. After just one year we are going to start making profit. By rising the number of our customers every year means that we are going to enjoy a nice amount of profit years to come. And by expanding our business to other dump sites will create more income and so it will be even more viable.
