The main serious problem that we taught was a real issue facing the people of Dandora was mostly pollution by the dumpsite which has lot of effect on people working around the dumpsite. Our company targets the youths above age of 18, women and men who are working either as a group or individual so long as they are earning a living from the dumpsite.

The dumpsite act as source of income to the people scavenging and earning a living from the dump site. However it causes health challenges to them, for example the little they earn incase of an accident caused by broken glasses or nails, toxic poisonous emitted by the dumpsite may force the person spend on medicals. This has also led to increase number of school dropout and family breakups since the little earned is never enough to gather for all the basic needs.

The targeted customer group are people earning a living from the dumpsite. In other terms they are people on the lowest part of pyramid who are earning 1-2 dollars a day to sustain their livelihood. Our company ought to help our customers to solve such problems such as injuries caused by broken classes and nails, toxic emitted by the gases among others. we also try to provide clean working environment and increased productivity through our special training program of educating them on the importance of health and leasing them with protective gears (gloves, gumboot, torch, protective mask and cart) to increase their productivity and increased working hours.

To our surprise most of the things we taught were big issues were just assumptions what they needed most was stable income to provide their families and nothing more. We adjusted our business model to providing stable income so as to cover what our customers needed and also creating awareness of good health and increased productivity by illustrating to them.

Our primary criteria that will mark success of the program is as follows

1.To provide stable income to the people working on the dumpsite

2.To provide clean and working environment

3.To increase the productivity of the people at the dumpsite

On the other hand our secondary criteria is as follows

1.Help the government of the day to solve unemployment problem

2.Reduced reported cases of health incidents like diseases outbreaks
