In this section, we explain our plans and steps that we are going to follow in order to achieve successful project at the end.
Personnel
We will run our company with our management team which consist of 4 people. On top of that we will hire watchmen day time and night time to look after our property. In addition we will hire counter personnel and operative personnel to take care of renting equipment and recieve recycled waste from the waste pickers.
Partners
Our partner will be some Non-Governmental Organization such as several foundation that already active with waste management problem in Nairobi, Kenya. We are also going to work together with the Government, since they could provide us with some financial subsidy.
Money
We will need investors in order to financing our project. We will present our idea and convince them to be a part of our project. We will also get a loan from Kenyan bank. On top of that we provide our own investment to our company to get 51% of the shares.
